Crime must be dealt with God's way. Criminals should only be convicted when 2 or 3 witnesses prove they are guilty (not by a jury or judge) witnesses include solid evidence such as video, photos, fingerprints, DNA, and Eye witnesses. Jesus said that the majority will take the wide path, therefore the majority are Evil. A jury decides by a majority opinion which can be correct at times but often wrong.
Thieves must pay restetition ( give back what was stolen and also pay the same amount to the victim , not to the Government)
Corporal punishment should be used upon those who hurt others and to those who refuse to pay restitution.
Adulterers, Murderers,Sodomites, Kidnappers all must be executed Swiftly (within 24 hours of conviction)
Swift execution, or flogging considers not only the Criminal and the victim but considers all people who could become a one. People generally will reconsider a crime if they knew death was around the corner for them. Similar to the saying theyre are not atheists in foxholes. These executions or floggings should be made public and put on TV. Potential Criminals need to fear the government.

Romans 13 Submit to Government 1 Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. 4 For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. 5 Therefore you must be subject, not only because of wrath but also for conscience’ sake. 6 For because of this you also pay taxes, for they are God’s ministers attending continually to this very thing. 7 Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor.NKJV
Prison is a joke. A tragic one.
